    You are absolutely right about aluminum refiners.

    Here is the comment of Capral at their last results presentation : "the solar panel market in Australia is continuing to grow.
    Anti-dumping measures have provided the opportunity for Capral to compete in the $60 m solar rail market.
    Capral entered into a supply agreement with a large solar rail distributor".
