so after speaking to the agent found out these guys knocked back an offer of $1.1m pre auction 4-5 months ago.. now looking at low 9's...

apparently they don't need to sell urgently as they mainly live at their place in bendigo... obviously they aren't familiar with the concept of "opportunity cost".

anyway, the place needs $50K-$100K spending on it to modernize so its not for us.
