Its the Garden City part of Port Melbourne.. It went ballistic over a 12 month period, but has dropped right off.. I go to a lot of auctions around the area so have a pretty good handle on what it was worth and what its worth today. The REIV figures seem to back it up as well.
Anyway, if everything in the area has dropped, it just makes it cheaper to upgrade.. Particularly with these rates.
