I'm probably more aligned with your thinking than the bulls, but i'm not going down that path. arguing on the internet is like running in the special olympics.. even if you win, you're still a spastic :P
Yes some area's have dropped more than others.. but in the case of Port Melbourne went up way too hard preceding that..
