tks Warnie, good advice. Are you a broker? if so no offence meant.. just never seen the need, but now things are getting more complex, perhaps I can.
Our place is fully reno'd inside, but not out so a drive by would perhaps give the wrong impression..
regarding the principal residence becoming investment, I guess I need to get a QS to give me a depreciation report, but also a valuation for cap gains purposes? obviously the higher the better :P
