based on what Tullow have communicated to the market, there is nothing available yet. PCL are just doing as they are saying, keeping a orderly market, there's no positive or negative news, just an Ann in "relation" to drilling results. keep calm enjoy your weekend, unless that happens to be speculation on what companies may announce then yeah there's nothing to overthink about. these guys are not the operator so nothing but a cautionary approach by the company. Its possible Tullow communicated a timeline to PCL when to expect it. Monday, good chance Tullow will go into trade halt or release something.
