    From all reports and after a discussion with my broker it seems that OBL are in an upper hand position.

    OBL owns 50% of DERBY
    BRU will own 50% of Derby

    OBL owns 100% of the rights to explore and produce CSG and USG. These rights have a big value and BRU will own none of them,
