upset staff

My staff are not happy as they now have to pay $7 when they chuck a sickie on Friday or Monday. I'm happy, less sick days and more productivity, bigger business and more opportunity to employ. I have one staff member who drinks 4lts of Coke a day, eats a packet wagon wheels, smokes and she is complaining.............by the way she is 60 and has worked for me for 5 years and does a good job.

Time to pay and fix the mess labour left us.
