The coal sector has crashed and WEC have dived into the abyss.
What now, first, have they fallen far enough? -- = minus 94% to the low point.
As a wise old man would say, "WEC are very cheap indeed, but, they could go lower"
Basically, in my view, 2014 will see the true recovery but there should be sharp anticipation before that.
