Notes thanks Mr Keb
Happened to note in last Annual report that there is a section of NWE Web page where the Corporate Governance exists.
ie at
https://norwestenergy.com.au/company/corporate-governance/
Not sure what the definition of "ethical" is but it occurs often including in Whistleblower and Code of Conduct sections .for example
It is interesting but I am unable to do all the steps you recommend.
MAYBE those that are able could utilise the content there.
The two areas most common that do not seem ethical and" with teeth" in any case to ASIC or?? to me are;
1.Reversing recommendation regarding MIN offer WITHOUT REASON or EXPLANATION..
Is that Ethical.and informative?
2.Result of some Board members taking advantage of MIN offer to their VERY SIGNIFICANT benefit.
those two together would NOT be FRAUDULENTnow would they?
