G'day Howie, MIN cannot delist NWE just because they reach 75%, this has been done to death over the last couple of months. The main number CE & Shldrs who have accepted the offer want is 80% for CGT purpose. I agree the last notice was around 74% & the way it's going I don't see MIN getting the 80% but they will keep extending either until EOFY or 80% ownership. IMO we will be shackled to MIN price until 30/06/23, they are not getting mine & as you have read a lot of others are standing firm too.
