    I cant see that any of their numbers could include stuff outside of their permit. So would assume NWEs ground is extra.

    Yes that exactly what i was thinking (both as a NWE holder and a TPD holder). Have they taken into account LD1 smashing the high case in their calcs. If not, then Booth could be well above the stated high case.
