All it means is that for the same $ value, they don't need to get as many shares, So how does that make a difference. Penny dreadful is only a perception, and I don't understand why o'sea's investors (supposedly logical people) based on investing in FAR on that (according to GN).
If FAR goes to a dollar, then we still have the same no of shares but no longer a penny dreadful. What a stupid notion this penny dreadful status is. How many shares has BHP got?
Myself, I am waiting for a WN's prediction when we could be anywhere from 50c -to $1.00, and no consolidation required. At least a good dream!
