These guys are just being measured and considered in their assessments. They know they have something big. They will wait until they have all the proof before they announce it. As an aside, min used nwe's announcement. That should tell you heaps - i.e. both parties are working very closely and seamlessly. The share price today is a function of supply and demand, and may not necessarily reflect true value. DYOR - and probably enough time for you to get to top 3.
