i think you may be onto something there. when i said theres many ways to skin a cat, i was thinking they could decide to merge erl into nwe, sell a chunk of the merged entity to instos and funds, and they still get to control the lot with money in their pocket and no operational risk. velcro said something along these lines too. lets wait and see.
