Non disclosure comes to mind if that was the case? But again it is not what you disclose but who is closest to you. What body is there to protect s/holders. Oh that's right there isn't one? Annoyed? Every business has some form of shonky dealings that go unchecked . And we are or have witnessed it. But we shall not give in.
