Sadly, you're right. We both hope however NWE will get a chance to realise its full value. Theres a few SH here with large chunks that MIN will need to get over the line for the said t/o to happen. Im not sure what the threshold is, but once you have more than 50% you have voting power and board appointments...so its the minority shareholders the have the potential to let this go, as the bigger guys might be a bit more tech savvy and hang on for fully priced potential.
LD has the potential to give NWE a $400M MC, in the high case, full to spill scenario. DYOR, highly speculative, number. NWE could then get to work on its TP15 permit....but its too early to count these chickens.
Im clutching at straws here, but hopefully govt rejects mitsui acquisition of extra arrowsmith equity (national interest) and NWE gets that back...
