Dont know how you actually end up with a value at this stage however if we consider current value base on last sale price of 0.013 which is approx 17mil Hartleys had an unrisked valuation of AWD share of the Povorotnoye 105 well as a possible $142mil ( in August 2012 )so lets say we take of the current 17mil and 20mil loan we are left with 105mil which is some 6 caps above current value food for thought ??
