"The volume is not too bad - 70% of the shares are held by just three investors and some 87% held by Top20 holders so less than 100mil shares available outside Top20. Zinc and lead prices firming up marginally and the silver hedge expires this month. This is a well run business that will cash in once commodity prices improve and the Chinese majority owner provides us with deep pockets. Its safe to put these shares in the bottom drawer. "
