when is the urgency going to come back in?

there are no signals to indicate a change of direction.

even though the consensus remains that the stock is well undervalued - management aren't prepared to buy on market.

i think most directors would be buying on market if they thought the stock was undervalued and they weren't happy with the sp.

i think we can summise that they are prepared to just allow the sp to drift for some time until they're puppet masters have picked enough up - then they'll allow it to bounce.
