Don't confuse General Electric with GE Asset Management....
GE Asset Management is wholly owned by General Electric, but they invest in a wide variety of stocks, not just nuclear-related. They are a business arm of GE for sure, but not necessarily related to their nuclear business.
But I agree that the investment is a good sign regardless. :)
