Heard about this through another oiler thread.
Need to do alot of reading to get a feel for whats happening however....
Approx: 3 BILLION shares.
God damn, that is alot for a little Co.
Please dont take this the wrong way as i am not downramping.
If anyone could enlighten me to how much the shares on issue could effect the Share price moving forward on positive news that would be great.
