I don't fully understand the arbitration process at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris regarding the problems with its Algerian partner ENOF on the Tala Hamza zinc project in Algeria, or what the possible remedies are, but if that project ever took off, we could fly to the moon.
Probability of that happening soon is pretty slim, but if the company can generate enough cash to keep the process going, then there is some hope.
