With 315,000 ounces being produced and with an all in sustaining cost of $1,280 AUS and with spot price at AUS $1700 odd we are looking at approx $400 per ounce profit margin.
$400 per ounce profit margin x 315,000 = 126 mill profit
126 mill profit- debt reduction 50mill = 76mill/641 million outstanding shares = approx 12cps EPS
12 EPS x 15 multiple = $1.80
Any thoughts guys coz I'm seeing heaps more upside on RSG??
