Re point 1, I think I remember the terms of the Convention extension with the Cameroon Government being that in 2017 when the clock runs out, the Cameroon Government can transfer the projects for no consideration to whom ever they please.
I guess the question is whether the interested party(ies) would bother dealing with SDL when they can sit back and watch the company be wound up. Also, are SDL's rights within the Convention etc transferable to another entity?
