After Minvest Aquisition and rights issue:
Shares on issue: 123.6 Mill
Through minvest, profit = 3 Mill +
Gives EPS of approx 2.5cents
Mining services companies have P/E of about 14
Gives a shareprice of about 35cents
This gives no value to current projects:
* Advanced Garnet Project
* Indonesian Coal Projects
* Uranium Projects in Northern Territory and Madagascar
+ Comapany will have 9.1 mill in cash
I see nothing but upside here imo
