augusta, the fact is they ARE selling the smelters, their only source of revenue. Once this is done they are going to have absolutely no cash coming in, cash in bank will be approx $2mill, with little or no prospects in a high risk country there is not much a $2mill will do. What is this great upside from JV? Thats pure speculation on ur part...
