re: forms alliance with westpac I heard that not only have they formed an alliance with Westpac but Westpac are promoting or endorsing CMSs product to their customers---whitelabelling I believe they call it.Also interesting is the position BankWest has taken with one of CMSs major shareholders company to produce a product for them.With Baulkham Hills Council already signed up and another one or two about to come on board this looks like CMS could be cash positive income very soon. And $5mill in the bank--its undervalued andv looks like it could move north sooner than later.
