why is checking to see whether assumptions used in broker reports is something to be laughed at . Broker reports are a set of assumptions. Sometimes depending on the quality of the report or whether the broker has or may be used for future placements , you will find assumptions are overly generous and sometimes too conservative
Anyway. Not looking for a lazy way out . Was trying to see if anyone had access to the analysis and could confirm basis on valuation was realistic.
