    King Leopold II totally screwed up the Congo.

    Meanwhere East Africa was C Rodes private playground for British domination.

    Now they are just another load of crupt African countries going down the plug hole.

    Can't see the Ugandan oil reaching the market any time soon, although with the Chinese involved it will happen.

    Senegal offshore big oil discovery with proven high flow rates.
