I have wondered all along what a PE would actually mean for FAR....

A lot of us are getting that same intuition / gut feeling but maybe just uncertain about the timing.

Lately, I've been pondering what will happen if we do PE? Will interested parties just buy Senegal and risk another round of PE or just buy us outright?

If the buyer is interested in our other leases and doesn't want to risk PE, they may buy 100% of our shares and FAR become privately owned.

My gut feel is that PE will happen, a major is interested.... But what we are left with as a % at the end is a complete mystery to me.

I have wondered all along what a PE would actually mean for FAR.
I still think WPL are likely to bid for FAR.
Grabbing 50% of this discovery at the bottom of the oil cycle would be the steal of the century times 2.
