Well, Remus is not in a position to start anything as it seems they struggling now with the $. But that is not a
problem for Lukoil. I'll say that Remus is already off the screen.
Lukoil could still be waiting for say a day before the vote. (Like they did the last time) and it has to be an absolute knock out blow, not 2.2c! I am betting that they are really after the PE value and Gambia. Or they could offer finance in exchange for some sort of PE deal.
