How do FAR have any say in who or when anyone lobs a bid?
Care to explain your thinking?
Any entity can lob a bid at any time they choose.
Any suitor will have to lob a binding bid prior to this meeting IMO for it to be postponed again, it will need to be cast iron with some form of cash payment upfront to get FAR out of default and IMO will need to be lobbed by the end of this month or I think management will go to the vote of WPL pe the WI.
I believe its crunch time.
