It's a fair guess Kaz authorities will have approvals complete ready for winter drilling. That's not far away - I'd say within weeks without being privy to any hard info, simply because everyone will be aware of the timeframes.
What I want to see when approvals are announced is a simultaneous GTE Ann of the drilling program specifics with dates. They've had long enough to sort it out and this will ensure market confidence does not wane IMO.
