IMO they wont issue more shares, the deal is for a percentage of the project only,no equity in shares, GUN will not want to issue more shares, they will want a fairly tight register, bearing in mind the major shareholder holds close to 40 million shares, this is a good thing, because if people want in assuming the deals done, they will need to pay up.
