yep i can feel the up swing ... some big buy bids coming in and will increase on leadup to the end of the month big decision point re offshore oil permit acceptance.
There has to be some movement ... $50mil is far too small for a company on the verge of gaining a piece of the new oil province of the world.
the price should never have got to these levels, if i had any money left i woiuld be buying up, but alas... skiing in france is not cheap.
