And again ULU instead of being confident that 100% of nameplate ie 11kt is produced from just one phase they're patching it together in the hope that they can make up just SEVENTY percent of supposed output across both phases - and they think that's an achievement lol! In the real World it's a dire failure supported by the claim that the co won't ramp up phase 2 until 'market conditions improve' lol! Where I come from the goal is to ensure ability to produce 100% across both phases as very soon as possible! cut back on selling price to a minimal margin for general production then pull out all the stops to increase prices to competitive levels once REE basket prices improve. THAT is the way to put this business in the top echelon of producers... but no, in their wisdom, most here go about preparing a strategy assuming once they come to the party demand will miraculously improve. Which it won't. Meanwhile the co is hamstrung by cashflow issues, facing more debt drawdown, and supplying a TINY customer base of just 84 companies... Perfect. Just perfect.
