Additionally since they and instos hold the majority of voting shares sanctioning such expenses how are small investors able to express their displeasure other than throwing eggs at the board at AGM's? Sorry - there has to be a platform for criticism of excessive indulgence at our cost - and if you're not comfortable with that, just imagine how uncomfortable the rest of us are who've trusted tens or hundreds of grand into this company over so many years with little or no result. A facility that doesn't produce is what's commonly known as a 'White Elephant' - so be Simba if you like in defending bad governance, but bringing incompetent management to task is actually our right.
