Funny, but I was thinking the same thing this morning after I had cleared off all the pitchforks and other lines form my OVR chart to take a fresh look, from the basics.
If you are right, and I think there is a good probability that you will be, it seems to me that the eventual breakout above the 31 cent level would offer a target of around 44 cents (i.e. 31 - 18 = 13 cents + 31 cents).
