uptrend the only way

With SP stable at above 35c,oil price above $75, CVN will start the uptrend supported by the significantly improved fundamentals.

1, the political issues in Tailand has been settled, which is also the main reason resulted in the SP in early 30c in May.

2, reserves increased around 50% to 24.5 million barrels net 2P in L44, (worth A$2.2 billion), 3 well drilling will start in L20/50 close to the proven oil field--200MMbbl recoverable oil. Total 20-30 leads, recoverable 3-50MMbbl oil for every lead based on the 2p seismic, if reserve proved that would be potential X00MMbbl recoverable oil for the company.

3, Production & Revenue set to be doubled in coming months.
Another 18 production wells in L44 will be drilled.

Currently net 2600bopd , 2 new wells averaging ~400 bopd will be in production soon,with a number of drilled wells awaiting recompletion or deepening, plus the further 18 well will increase the daily oil production to 12000bopd--around 5000bopd net to CVN.

4, multi-Tcf potential of recoverable gas.

CVN identified eight large leads and prospects in WA-435-P, WA-436-P, WA-437-P and WA-438-P, The gas discovered in Phoenix-1 with 110 meters net pay, flow rate will be tested. new 1,100 km2 3D seismic survey and a 430 km 2D seismic survey will strat next month to confirm the "multi-Tcf potential" If proven, then the SP has a chance to test new high!

5, Strong cash flow, cash in hand, no debt, new 3D,2D survey, new wells drilling, stronger oil price, huge gas potential, brokers valuation $0.8 per share, these all indicate the uptrend for CVN.
