There is an overreaction to the shares released from escrow, people thought it would get dumped onto the market. But, there is not enough liquidity in the market to sell even a fraction of that. Even if they tried to sell 5% of their new shares they would render the rest of their holdings worthless.
The escrow shares won't be a factor. They can't liquidate it until OLL becomes at least a $300M company years down the line.
