It has nothing to do with LGL's fundamentals.
SGX DOM and NCM are in the same game and have thier prices stagnant as well. It's the sector at the moment and the index here in AUS that has this going nowhere.
I still say 3.15-3.25 is a fairer value than 3.00-3.10
