If the Directors of Boom are reading these posts, why are you so concerned about giving Archer access to the information on a supposedly "conditional bid", if the information is only going to show them it is worth more than that. If the information is good, they will bid at the 51c and issue a Part B takeover document. You can cover the nudervalued asoects in the Part C response.
Surely you owe it to the shareholders to let us decide, as there has been a significant dimunition of goodwill after you spurned the take over prced in teh 70c and then went and did a maasive capital raising. Stop protecting your jobs for which you probably know and do nothig, get some exposure yourselves by buyng shares so we are in the same risk boat and let us decide.
