How much was the last CR priced at?  For how long did it trade under that price after the funds were raised? -- This is already trading at a discounted rate.

The CR to fund ongoing growth definitely seems targeted with its objectives.  They are set-out plainly and simply... easy to understand.  Increase production and with processing facility can fill gaps in markets  both domestically and internationally (where they don't already sell fresh fish - can be processed, snap frozen and exported).  With revenue and margin increasing significantly in the coming year ahead, it will prove to be a valuable venture.  GLTA
