This is not the management team that overproduced previously. I'm with you on the back-of-mind concern about producing fish nobody wants, but this team have been doing everything right to date, and given the debacle previously with surplus stock I can't imagine this group would be so stupid as to sin again on the same grounds.
My guess is that are getting enough interest in the product to force their hand, knowing that it will take a couple of years for any expansion move to actually produce saleable fish.
