AGM presentation was a presentation to shareholders? Who else would it be targeting?

And how can you assume they are going to raise capital through shareholders? Until we have something in writing, we don't know anything. We can make heaps of assumptions and some will be more likely than others, but it is just speculation and none can be considered a sure thing.
