What a classic case of manipulating the market price pending a placement.
Watch the price now come down below the last resistance level of about 17 cents. don't worry, it will come back up again in about a year.... about the time they start to run out of money again.
The only parties who have been ben befiting from this company appear to be the directors.
Get out while you still can.
