The flaws in this tax have been well documented on here and the only thing larger than Swan's stupidity is the size of the budget black hole this "tax" will create.

Yesterday he said the report was an outstanding outcome with 96 "common sense" recommendations .. clearly an endorsement of his revised tax. It bares no resemblence to the previous one he architected on a beach that was apparently so flawless it didn't need consultation.

BRM will be a winner here. I can't see BRM paying much if any tax at all ... an that's if this "Dad's Army" of parliament lasts that long. The market hasn't yet joined the dots ... but BRM will likely be more profitable than comparable DSO operations.
