Minoil, lets put it like this. If u worked on a rig like this and come across a huge oil or gas find. Would u call up a relative and tell them to to go buy shares in PCL quickly!!? 90% of us would and this is Africa. Not a chance a find wouldn't leak. No news is bad news as far as this is concerned
