In fact the writer made it clear...

I am merely confirming my view that there was nothing misleading about the heading or the article, as confirmed by the announcement I posted.
They did put out an announcement regarding contract/s, as stated in the article and the heading used here merely supports the article.
Your continuous attempt at self-righteousness, or should I tone it down to petty point scoring, at others expense is wearing very thin.
